Return policy
The customer received a defective item or if the wrong product was shipped is entitled to choose one of the following return options:
- Ask the seller to replace an item with a functionally stable product free of charge.
- Ask the seller to reduce the price accordingly.
- Terminate the contract, return item and ask for a refund.
The customer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the item contains minor defects. Refund is unavailable if the product was damaged by the customer on purpose (the item has been affected by chemicals, water, open fire, high temperature, or sharp objects), or the guidelines were disregarded, or the product has been used incorrectly and/or used for different and unrelated purposes.
As soon as the seller confirms the refund request, the customer must return an item within 14 days of the approval of the refund. If the seller concedes refund request, then your refund will be issued within 30 days from the time when the item has been received by the seller.

Remote termination of the contract or item replacement rules
If the customer has made an online purchase, he is then entitled to decline the contract (without any given reason) within 30 days.
The customer is also entitled to make a request to replace an item (only with the identical item) if he received an item with wrong diameters, shape, colour, or model. If there is a price mismatch, then the customer must pay the rest of the price or receive a partial refund.
Termination of the contract or item replacement procedure automatically ends 30 days after the item has been ordered.
The customer can return or replace an item within 30 days if the item was unused or the quality of the item was undamaged. It also means that the customer must keep the original packaging of the item and can only inspect an item with caution. All the returned items must have their original labels, protective bags, and original packaging. You can only return an item after granting approval from the seller.
The seller must issue a full refund to the customer or replace an item accordingly to the customer no longer than 30 days, after the customer returns the order.
Upon the termination of the contract, the seller must issue a full refund. If you would like to return an item, then please do so according to the rules that are listed on the 2Rlab.eu website.
If the customer requires to replace an item, he is then responsible for delivery and return fees. If we are unable to process your replacement, then you will get issued a full refund. The customer is fully responsible for covering the return fees.
